From a Dream to Reality?

I may live all the way across the world in Australia, but I constantly follow the global fashion scene.  A Fashion Week never passes, where I'm not permanently fixed to Style.com, waiting in anticipation for the new collections to grace the runways.  I live and breathe fashion.  Fashion is my dream, my reality, my escape and my world!  And now I'm one step away from possibly living my biggest fashion dream, attending New York Fashion Week and working with Elle Magazine!  I believe, I have what it takes to be a successful style correspondent.  Evidently I have the passion, and my heart lies in New York, but a successful style correspondent needs to be the full package.  Four key attributes that I believe are essential, are experience, knowledge, versatility and dedication.  My extensive studies in fashion and business have taught me to understand the workings of the industry and the market.  Working in magazines and at fashion shows has equipped me with the skills to not only cover and survive New York Fashion Week, but to create a spread for Elle magazine.   Blogging for two years shows my dedication and has taught me how to effectively communicate with those in the industry, and my social media networks.  The focal point of my blog is glamour, however, due to industry requests, I now cover all areas including menswear.  I believe I'm now ready to take on New York Fashion Week!
